Ingredients (serves 2 to 4)
1 cup kimchi, chopped
3 tbsp kimchi juice
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup water
Method
1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2) Heat up 1 tbsp of oil and pour in the batter.
3) Fry for 1.5 minutes on each side, or until the pancake slides easily in the pan, and the bottom is golden brown.
4) Serve immediately or chop up into squares.
